Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
To initiate a return, please get in touch with us at pyurtreecustoms@gmail.com. Upon approval, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions for returning your item. Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.
Non-returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
To expedite exchanges, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order for the desired product once the return is approved.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
